Our team is constantly busy keeping the software up-to-date. Of course, we also regularly expand and optimize the processes and functionalities of the CHEMDOX software. Our support team consists of experts who can help our customers at any time.

Our team of specialists and software experts are available via telephone or e-mail on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00 CET in Europe and 9:00 am-5:00 pm EST in the US.
Training
When we developed our CHEMDOX software, we designed it so that users could find their way easily and quickly. Nevertheless, we offer additional training, because we like to help our customers to get the most out of our product. Installation, Implementation
CHEMDOX can either be installed centrally on a server in your company and used by multiple users or made available on a single computer. No matter which option you choose, installation is just as easy and intuitive as using CHEMDOX. If you still need help with the implementation, we are here for you.
As a new CHEMDOX customer, you will receive free installation support by e-mail or telephone for 30 days after purchasing the product.
